Returns & Cancellations Policy (UK Customers Only)
This website trades in accordance with recent UK and EU directives for online trading.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All goods come with a 14-day “no quibble” guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of placing your order for an exchange or a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs).
Conditions of Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product(s) must be unused and unopened.
We cannot accept returned products which have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. - The product(s) must be in their original packaging — including any shrinkwrap, box, or seals.
- The product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date the order was completed.
- All promotional or free items supplied at the time of purchase must also be returned.
- If these are not returned, or have been used, we will deduct their full retail value (RRP) from your refund.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalised or custom-made goods
- Perishable items
- Digital downloads or software once download or streaming has begun
- Products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

We recommend using 1st Class Recorded Delivery or another tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost and the cost of return postage (if we arrange the return) will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s), and will be made using your original payment method.
Exchanges
If we cannot exchange an item (for example, if it is out of stock or discontinued), we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund.
Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
