All prices are displayed in Sterling and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.

7.Product Discrepancies and Claims
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify us of any discrepancies within 14 days of receipt. Discrepancies include, but are not limited to, missing items, incorrect products, damaged goods, or shortages.
Any claim relating to a discrepancy must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the delivery date and should include the order number, details of the issue, and, where applicable, photographs of the products and packaging.
We reserve the right to decline claims reported after the 14-day notification period, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used essential oil products may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers should: Keep products out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Conduct a patch test before topical use. Follow dilution recommendations where applicable.
We are not liable for misuse of products contrary to instructions or warnings provided.
